These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Astra Domina services, including EMMI. By purchasing a membership, creating an account, or using EMMI, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Eligibility

EMMI is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing or using EMMI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What EMMI Is

EMMI is an AI-powered Emotional Embodiment Coach created by Astra Domina for personal reflection, emotional exploration, pattern recognition, integration, and embodiment.

EMMI may ask questions, offer perspectives, identify possible patterns, and respond based on information you provide during your conversations.

EMMI is a tool for self-exploration.

Your decisions, interpretations, and actions remain your own responsibility.

3. EMMI Is Not Therapy or Professional Healthcare

EMMI is not a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.

EMMI does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency services and should not be used as a substitute for professional care when such care is appropriate.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.

4. AI - Generated Responses

EMMI uses artificial intelligence as part of the experience.

AI-generated responses can sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate for a particular situation. EMMI should not be treated as an infallible source of information or instruction.

You are responsible for evaluating the information presented to you and deciding what, if anything, you choose to do with it.

5. Membership and Pricing

Access to EMMI is currently offered through a recurring membership of $44 per month.

Your subscription will renew automatically according to your billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for charges already processed. Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy available on this website.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

6. Monthly Message Allowance

Each EMMI membership currently includes a maximum of 200 messages per billing month.

EMMI is designed for intentional coaching and self-exploration rather than unlimited casual conversation.

Unused messages do not roll over into future billing periods unless Astra Domina expressly states otherwise.

Message limits, membership features, or service offerings may be updated in the future. Material changes affecting an active membership will be communicated when appropriate.

7. Account Responsibility

Your membership and account are intended for your personal use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and for activity occurring through your account.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or provide access to your EMMI membership to another person.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EMMI or Astra Domina services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, or attempt to extract EMMI's underlying programming, prompts, methodology, or proprietary materials except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to EMMI
Allow another person to use your personal membership
Use the service in a manner intended to harm, exploit, harass, threaten, or unlawfully target another person

Astra Domina reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in material violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

EMMI, the Astra Domina brand, original written materials, coaching frameworks, methodologies, prompts, website copy, graphics, and other original materials provided through Astra Domina are protected intellectual property belonging to Astra Domina or their respective licensors.

Purchasing a membership gives you personal access to the service. It does not transfer ownership of EMMI, its methodology, programming, content, or other intellectual property to you.

10. Personal Results

Personal growth is individual.

Astra Domina does not guarantee any particular emotional, personal, relationship, financial, professional, spiritual, or other outcome from using EMMI.

Your experience will depend on many factors, including how you engage with the service and the decisions you make outside of it.

11. Availability and Changes to the Service

Astra Domina may periodically update, modify, maintain, or improve EMMI.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, updates, internet outages, or third-party services outside Astra Domina's direct control.

Astra Domina does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

12. Privacy

Your use of Astra Domina and EMMI is also subject to the Privacy Policy available on this website.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, used, and handled in connection with the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astra Domina and its owner, operators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon EMMI or other Astra Domina services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Termination of Access

You may stop using EMMI at any time.

Astra Domina may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity, abuse of the service, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Astra Domina and EMMI evolve or as legal, operational, or technological requirements change.

When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of EMMI after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
